Mobile top-ups: the basics

▸ How do I top up a mobile abroad?

Select the country and carrier, enter the phone number and choose the top-up amount. After payment, the credit is sent directly to the phone. Registration is not required.

▸ To which countries can I send mobile credit?

Fonmoney offers mobile top-ups to numerous countries worldwide — including Cuba (Cubacel), the Philippines, Mexico, Colombia and many more. The full list is available on the Top up worldwide page.

▸ How quickly does the credit arrive?

In most cases the credit is delivered to the recipient's phone within minutes. With some carriers it may take up to 24 hours.

▸ Do I need to register to send a top-up?

No. You can complete top-ups as a guest without creating an account. With a free registration you can repeat top-ups more quickly and access your transaction history.

Payment and common issues

▸ What payment methods are available for mobile top-ups?

For mobile top-ups, Fonmoney accepts: credit card or debit card and Paysafecard. Bank transfer is not available for top-ups.

▸ How much does a mobile top-up cost?

The price depends on the country, carrier and selected amount. Before you confirm, you see the exact final price. No hidden charges.

▸ What happens if the credit does not arrive?

Contact our support team via the contact page. If the top-up cannot be delivered, Fonmoney refunds the amount in full.

▸ Can I top up someone else's phone?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's phone number. You do not need to be the account holder. The credit is sent directly to the specified phone.
